Thanks to plenty of electronic wizardry, all that power stays super rideable, so you're going fast without even thinking about it. The updated chassis from 2025 rolls into 2026 unchanged, keeping the same confident handling, stability, and comfort that riders love. What's new is the look: bold black graphic details and elements add a fresh twist to the unmistakable GASGAS red for a clean, modern style that stands out on any track.

GRAPHICS

• Black graphic details bring a bold twist to the signature GASGAS red, with a clean white logo that pops right off the dark background. Other blacked-out parts like the seat cover, handlebar, and rims dial up the style to really set things off. Thanks to durable IML technology, the graphics are built into the bodywork to keep your GASGAS looking sharp, ride after ride.

Bodywork

• Proudly red, with sharp black details! Incredibly ergonomic with large contact surfaces to help you grip the bike with your legs, the smooth profile bodywork encourages riders to effortlessly move around on the bike and ride with a perfect technique. There's also a super grippy seat cover, in black, to keep you sat exactly where you need to be when you get on the gas!

Handlebars

• Get on the gas and hold on tight! Not too tight though as nobody likes arm pump... But to make sure the ride is comfortable, black NEKEN handlebars are clamped into optimized bar mounts (they're more resistant to twisting if you should hit the deck), with lock-on style, medium compound ODI grips fitted to create a comfy set-up to suit all riders.

Airbox

• Less time working on bikes means more time riding bikes, which is precisely why you'll love the straightforward, no tools and no-nonsense filter mounting system. With a strong one-piece design for the air intake, maximum airflow is guaranteed, and you know what that means... maximum power! Like before, accessing the air filter to inspect or replace it couldn't be easier. Simply pop the left side panel off and you'll be inside the airbox in no time.

FRAME

The current frame hits the sweet spot between razor-sharp handling and just the right amount of flex. Lightweight motor mounts dial in the feel without messing with straight-line stability, and smart material tweaks, like a slimmed-down upper shock mount and reduced wall thickness up front, save 300g. Developed with the GASGAS Factory Racing crew, it's a setup that stays planted and lets you push harder in every turn with a big smile in your face.

Subframe

• The all-aluminium subframe is light, strong, and works as one with the mainframe by helping to centralizing mass and contributing massively to the bike's outstanding handling characteristics.

Triple Clamps

• Forged aluminum triple clamps offer just the right amount of calculated flex thanks to a more forgiving steering stem. The triple clamps align the fork tubes perfectly for a smooth action, which improves front wheel feedback and leads to predictable handling on any track and any terrain. The adjustable bar mounts with the slightly larger contact area against the handlebars reduce the chance of the bars twisting. A glass bead blasted finish means the triple clamps always look as good as new.

WP Forks

• Our GASGAS motocross models come with a 48mm, split air WP XACT fork with model specific set ups to ensure the best performance. Continuing to be easily adjustable by hand on the outside, on the inside, a capsulated air spring and pressurized oil chamber take care of delivering consistent damping. By using an air spring, a customized set-up can be created easily as this bike includes an air pump to adjust the pressure. And, for those who like to go big on the jumps, a hydrostop in the forks help maintain forward momentum by taking the sting out of every heavy landing.

MOTOR

• Big power on tap! The MC 450F delivers monstrous amounts of torque and peak power from its compact SOHC motor. And as Jorge Prado proved in 2023, we don't need to tell you that the MC 450F absolutely rips! But thanks to a little engineering wizardry and by being perfectly positioned inside the frame, the motor centralizes mass for superior handling. In short, this bike rides and handles like a dream.

Cylinder Head

• There's a lot packed into this SOHC cylinder head! Designed to be light and compact, it sure delivers the best on-track performance. The intake ports are engineered to pump up the horsepower numbers while a fine-punched cam chain is used for maximum reliability.

Cylinder & Piston

• Essential to the MC 450F's strong, smooth power delivery is the lightweight aluminum cylinder paired with a CP bridged box‑type piston. With a high 13.1:1 compression ratio, the engine delivers impressive peak power while maintaining refined, controllable performance.

Transmission

• Built by PANKL Racing Systems, you know that the 5-speed transmission is going to be good! A perfectly engineered shift shaft reduces the force you'll need to change gears, both up and down the box, for silky smooth shifting at all times. Plus, there's a sensor on the shift drum which, together with the engine management system, activates an engine map tailored for each gear. Pretty clever, right?

HYDRAULIC BRAKES

Fast is fun but slowing down is essential, which is why all GASGAS dirt bikes are fitted with high quality BRAKTEC calipers and controls. Speaking of controls, the rear brake pedal is extra strong to prevent it from getting bent out of shape in a crash or catching the ground when you're railing through a deep rut. When you combine those BRAKTEC calipers with GASGAS specific brake discs, 260mm up front and 220mm at the rear, the end result is amazing braking performance. This all means that all riders can stay on the gas longer and brake later into corners. And we all know what that leads to... faster lap times!

Hydraulic Clutch

• No need for adjustment and offering a near maintenance-free operation, the best thing about the BRAKTEC hydraulic clutch is that it provides consistent action. With free-play at the redesigned lever automatically adjusted, the biting point and function of the clutch remain constant no matter whether the motor is started from cold or used during the heat of a battle.

Radiators

• Keeping the motor cool are a set of strong aluminum radiators, which channel the air through them in the most effective way possible. A large centre tube within the frame is used to reduce the number of hoses needed and ensures a consistent flow of coolant around the engine - just what you need when you're in the heat of a battle! Plus, a new cooling radiator closure makes operation easier, allowing for quicker and smoother maintenance when needed.

Wheels

• Coated in sleek black and built to take a beating, our wheels are ready to play rough. No matter how heavy the landing or how rough the track is, the silver, CNC machined hubs, lightweight spokes, and high-strength rims deliver maximum strength for complete peace of mind.

ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS)

Small, light, and fast at processing data - just what you need from an engine management system! The Keihin component is the best in the business and engages each gear's engine map, includes a rollover sensor that cuts the ignition during big crashes, and feeds information to the hour meter. Plus, if you install a Map Select Switch (available from your local GASGAS dealer as a Technical Accessory), it instantly synchronizes for plug and play simplicity and gives your bike Launch Control, Traction Control, the Quickshifter function and a two engine maps for customised power.

Map Select Switch

• Readily available as a Technical Accessory, the easy to install Map Select Switch really makes this GASGAS come alive! Offering plug and play simplicity, once fitted you'll enjoy multiple benefits. There's Launch Control for perfect starts, every time. Traction Control for hardpack and slippery conditions. And a Quickshifter function that allows full gas upshifting. Oh, and there's also a choice of two engine maps. Map 1 (Mellow) delivers predictable power for all kinds of tracks and is suited to just about all riders. But with Map 2 (Aggressive) engaged, hold on tight, things will get wild!

Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO) & GPS Sensor

• For our 4-stroke motocross models, GASGAS is stoked to put engine tuning into the rider's hands. All you need to do is download our new GASGAS+ app, pair your device with the Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO) and the GPS sensor that you can buy as a Technical Accessory, then with a few quick taps, you can access all the app's features.

Throttle Body

• The MC 450F uses a 44mm Keihin throttle body with an injector positioned to ensure the most efficient flow of fuel mixture into the combustion chamber. But what's most important to all riders is the fact that the direct cable mounting system ensures an immediate throttle response.

Electric Starter

• The best invention since the wheel! With an electric starter fitted, this GASGAS starts super easily every single time you hit that start button. And to simplify things further and save space on the bars, the engine stop button is located in the same housing as the start button. Using a Li-Ion battery, which weighs approx. 1kg less than a conventional lead battery, you get the convenience of electric starting while the overall bike weight is kept to a minimum. It's a win, win for everyone!
