"I recently bought a ninja zx9r in a private party sale, the bike was in great condition the only thing that needed to be changed was the tires. I searched high and low for good mid range decently priced tires, all of the other places that i checked for them wanted almost double what the tire costs and almost another $150 for full install. After talking to mike and dave in the service dept. i found the tires at a great price and even better for the install, i will be coming back here for all of my needs and wants for motorsports.. "A friend recommended PCP and I wanted to see if their customer service was as superb as he said. So I gave them a chance. I ordered a National Cycle Switchblade 2-Up windshield w/ the Quick Release on Tuesday. Not only did they beat the price I asked them to match w/ an internet add I found, the part was already THERE on FRIDAY! "Mike" called on Friday (same guy who ordered the part for me, processed the transaction and handed me the box). Love the service from START to Finish. Within one hour from when Mike called me, I had the shield up and was test riding to torque the spools appropriately. "Very impressed with the service. I ordered a windshield for my Vulcan and a new rear tire. The parts dept. kept me informed every day on the status of the order, and notified me the same day when the parts came in. I scheduled an appt. for installation the following day, and the service dept. was just as professional, they installed the tire when promised, did a maintenance check of the bike without being asked, and even washed the bike prior to returning it to me. I will be back for any service needs."

"Just wanted to write and tell you how very happy I am with my new scooter and your dealership. I purchased my Yamaha Vino 125 scooter from you six months ago and I love it! I have had no problems with it at all, and it is saving me a fortune in gas. Not only that, but it's much more fun to ride than a car; commutes have become a pleasure.
